Start Strong launched the Real Love Real Talk podcast in February 2021 and released the second season of the podcast in February 2022, in tandem with annual Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month. This podcast creates a space for critical conversations about teen relationships, covering topics from consent and communication to the impact of media and systems of oppression and intersectionality.

Start Strong, a program at the Boston Public Health Commission, is an internationally recognized high school peer leadership program that aims to prevent teen dating violence and promote healthy relationships. In Real Love Real Talk, teens and adults come together to have critical conversations around consent, communication, and how popular media impacts our relationships.
